Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we require notification of any issues within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately at +1 415-569-6395 or email managers@khiphloxez.world if you have concerns about your floral arrangement.
We accept concerns regarding flowers that arrive damaged, wilted, or not matching the description provided. We also address issues with incorrect deliveries or missing items from your order. Please provide photos of the arrangement to help us resolve your concern quickly.
Returns are not accepted for arrangements that have been in your possession for more than 24 hours, flowers that have wilted due to improper care or environmental conditions, or subjective preferences regarding color or style variations. Natural variations in flowers are expected and not grounds for return.
When you contact Khiphloxez with a concern, we will review your case and offer an appropriate solution. This may include a replacement arrangement at no additional cost, a partial or full refund to your original payment method, or a credit toward a future purchase. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If your arrangement was not delivered as scheduled, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the delivery status and provide a solution, which may include redelivery or a full refund. We work with reliable delivery partners to ensure timely arrival of your flowers.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
Orders may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee, as arrangements are often already prepared. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
To maintain eligibility for our satisfaction guarantee, flowers must be cared for according to the instructions provided with your arrangement. This includes keeping flowers in fresh water, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, and in a cool environment. Failure to follow care instructions may void the guarantee.
